So License or Service? If you decide to license the product, you will purchase a license for a specified number of active employees or specified number of stores. Every year, you will pay a maintenance expense for updates, interface maintenance and support. Licensing the product is great for large industries with a regular staffing pattern. The service is ideal for industries with seasonal workers. If you close your facility in the winter, why pay for a labor management system?
Does AcuStaf offer any discount?
Yes! If you are on the month-to-month service for one year, we will offer you the option to pay for another year upfront, but with a negotiated discount rate. If you found that you like our product, we are more than happy to work with you!

What is the difference between AcuStaf's Schedule Staffing and Labor Management products?
The differentiating factor between the two products is Payroll. Schedule Staffing does not incorporate the payroll aspect of your institution. We developed this product for clients that are in desperate need of a system that allows them to initiate simple procedures like printing a schedule. Not only is Schedule Staffing a scheduling system, but it also allows you to view workload and staffing ratios. Remember, Schedule Staffing does not bring punches into the system, therefore, the staffing ratios and schedules are not payroll accurate. This means that whatever information that is not manually entered or imported into AcuStaf is not going to display. This includes overtime, shift bonuses, etc.
If you are looking for automation and payroll accurate records, then Labor Management is the product you want. By incorporating AcuStaf's Payroll Control, you will report on actual hours worked and not scheduled hours worked. Reporting on actual hours worked allows for the true labor cost to be calculated due to holiday, overtime, shift differential, and other pay policies.
